We want you to book with confidence. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

For Guests:

• Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in to get a full refund (excluding service fees).
• 50% Refund: Cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in to get a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable. Early departures or no-shows are also non-refundable.

We Understand Life Happens (Extenuating Circumstances):
We offer full refunds for truly unforeseen events like natural disasters at the destination, or sudden government travel restrictions. Valid documentation will be required.

If There’s a Problem with Your Stay:
If the property is unsafe, unclean, or significantly different from the listing, please notify us within 24 hours of check-in so we can help resolve the issue.

If We Cancel:
If we, as your host, must cancel your booking, you will receive a 100% refund immediately.
